1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders of hand-painted power pictures offered by me – online, on social media or directly on site.
2. Conclusion of the contract
By placing an order, a purchase agreement is concluded between you (customer) and the independent business (Energetik Weglehner).
3. Prices & Payment (Small Business Regulation)
- All prices include all costs, but exclude VAT in accordance with the small business regulation (§6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG).
- Payment methods: Bank transfer or cash payment upon collection.
- Delivery will only take place after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Shipping within Austria is done with careful packaging.
- Delivery time: approx. [7–14 days] after receipt of payment.
- Shipping costs are shown separately.
- Transfer of risk: The risk passes to you upon handover to the shipping company.
5. Right of withdrawal / Return
- You have the right to return non-customized images within 14 days of receipt.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually produced images created according to customer specifications.
- Returns are at your own expense and must be returned undamaged.
6. Copyright & Usage
- All images are protected by copyright.
- Reproduction, publication or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
7. Liability & Notice
- The images are artistic works inspired by energy.
- They do not replace medical, therapeutic or curative treatment.
- I accept no liability for damage caused by improper handling or shipping, except in cases of demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
8. Final Provisions
- Austrian law applies.
- The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of [Doris Weglehner / Energetik Weglehner].
- Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
