Qi Gong is an age-old practice from the "Land of Smiles" that promotes harmony between body and mind. As an essential component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qi Gong offers a holistic system for strengthening our health and relaxing mind and body.

Through Qi Gong, potential blockages are released, Qi is gathered in the body and stored – as in a reservoir. The body is strengthened, and we experience a pleasant body awareness and an increase in our mental potential.

Qi Gong is easy to learn and very effective. It is suitable for all age groups and all health conditions.

This series of exercises incorporates the philosophy of the Five Elements theory (water, wood, fire, earth, and metal). For each element, a Qi Gong movement is taught, along with the corresponding acupressure point, emotion, mood, color, and psychological component. If one element dominates the others or is too weak, the harmony is disrupted, and illness, for example, can result.

According to this view, TCM aims to strengthen the weak elements and bring the body and mind back into balance.
